In July, 132 modular houses opened their doors for Ukrainian families near Dublin. We specially made a photo report for you, because we received many requests from you about it. So, let’s walk through the streets of the urban creation and visit the inside of the house.

Identical houses with cozy and tidy yards

You can find the house you need by individual number

New wide sidewalks

Each has a parking space for a car

Living room and kitchen – two in one

The house was equipped with all household appliances and even dishes

We go to the corridor

To the left is a toilet and a bathroom, then a small bedroom with a double bed, then a slightly larger bedroom with two beds and access to the backyard

The house is very warm. Electric heating works. The payment for the house consists of 16% of the family income and 40 euros per week for utilities. Internet and trash removal are also included in this price. On average, a family of 4 receiving social assistance pays between 440 and 650 euros per month.

A small room with a bunk bed – sleeping places for children of the same sex

A little more spacious room for two single beds

Under the terms of the contract, flowers or vegetables can be grown in the backyard
