From the life of a mother of many children, who learned to overcome anxiety at the beginning of the war, sought inner support during a divorce, got to know a new self, and, in the end, changed her profession and realized her dreams in Ireland

Snizhana is one of the thousands of Ukrainian women who, with the beginning of the war, went into obscurity to the other side of the planet, looking for a safe haven.
After arriving in Ireland, she and her three children were provided with public housing in a hostel in the city of Galway. Vibe town by the sea, friendly Irish people, an atmosphere of peace and harmony. But when the euphoria subsided, Snow White realized with horror that she had no plan for the future. She, like hundreds of other mothers, realized that saving children from war is only the beginning. But how to ensure their life here? Before the war, Snizhana taught yoga in Odessa, but all that remained in the past.

The beginning of the war coincided with Snizhany’s divorce. A marriage that lasted 20 years collapsed. The woman began to experience depression and search for herself.
— I clearly asked myself the question: who am I?
Questions remained unanswered.
Then there was a year of weekly work with a psychologist.
— We did such practices, when you just close your eyes and extract information from your subconscious. And if it was easy for everyone, my psyche blocked everything, – the woman recalls.
I didn’t want to get out of bed. But you can’t afford to stay in bed, because it’s not even your bed, not your apartment, not your country…
Yoga, walking, gym, sessions with a psychologist. Every day a new attempt to bring myself back to life.
During this year, there were changes in life. Snizhana and her family were relocated from Galway to Dublin in another hostel. Life gives new chances. But if you don’t have the energy to accept these chances?

Snezhana understood: the path to change stretches through the path of self-knowledge. However, a depressive state is when you look at the world as if through a black filter. It is difficult to open new doors if you feel discouraged. Psychologists advise: in order to achieve what you have never had, you need to do what you have never done. This will help to change the focus of attention and reset the worldview. Snezhana began to look for these possibilities, although the psyche blocked the attempts.
— I saw a broadcast where they told what karmology is. The reasons for everything that happens to us are hidden deep in other layers. I need to find answers to why everything is like this in my life. As a result, I signed up for a course at an online school of carmology. First of all, to help myself.
At that time, Snizhana was already studying at Dublin College, where she was learning the profession of a holistic therapist. Snezhana thought that online education at the school of Karmology is not difficult. She was wrong.
— There is a five-hour online seminar, after that homework, then you go to work with an outsider to train with them. Later, together with the curators, we sat down and analyzed all these groups on various topics. I didn’t have time for anything.
When her studies at the school of karmology ended, Snizhana realized that the method of the matrix of fate, which is based on esotericism, was denied by her brain. The knowledge gained during her studies began to change her worldview. But this was not enough. A new search for “myself” has begun, but with a different perception of the world.

Every person is born on a specific day and time not by chance
“A digital psychologist is someone who, using your date of birth, can reveal all the secrets of your personality and what you need to work with to achieve results. Digital psychology is about the moment here and now, about life” – this is how Snizhana describes the profession in which she is currently developing and already has her own clients.
She is sure: every person is born on a specific day and time not by chance.

Snezhana explains: not understanding the nature of another person, we try to break him. But a person is already born with certain characteristics of his character. We can use this information to get closer to children, husband, parents, and not for aggression.
The woman passionately admires this direction, continues to explore it and build a career in this field. And this addiction provides energy for big dreams.
Snezhana dreamed of a home… With panoramic windows and a private yard for yoga classes
In the spring, Snezhani received a call from an unknown number. “Are you Snow White? We would like to offer you a move from a hostel to a suburb of Dublin to a private house.”
Of course, the woman thought it was a mistake. It turned out that a modular town with 132 houses is being built for Ukrainians, where approximately 600-700 people will start a new life.

Snezhana passed the interview. The main criteria for selecting families for settlement in modular housing was the composition of a family of four people, they also asked whether there is a disability, whether permanent medical assistance is needed, etc.
And already at the beginning of July, a mother with three children moved into a two-room house with panoramic windows, which she dreamed of.

The two sons share a small room, while Snizhana and her daughter live in the second. The house had everything necessary for life – from household appliances to ordinary dishes.
Now a woman’s mornings begin with yoga in the garden of her new home…

“We stopped dreaming. Because our brain says it’s not real. And this is an important component of everything we have. Dreams provide fuel and energy for life. Dreams are a task for the creator.”
The most important thing is to remove your crown and start from scratch, with the understanding that you need to relearn a new profession, learn a language, adapt socially
“It’s scary to see how people close the curtains in their room and go deeper into their depression,” Snizhana concludes. – It is difficult and scary for everyone now. But it’s even scarier to just stop and waste your life.”

Painstaking and gradual work on yourself gives you the understanding that you live here and now, have everything you need and can live your happiest life. And it depends only on you, not on anyone else, – Snizhana sums up her path. — And at this moment the energy for dreams appears. Because everything seems possible.
